Upgrading our wastewater network on Andrews Road and Angle Vale Road

We’re upgrading wastewater infrastructure in your area to support reliable services for current and future customers in Angle Vale.

Construction is now underway, with around 10 kilometres of new wastewater mains being installed along Andrews Road and Angle Vale Road.

  • Along Andrews Road, from the Bellchambers Road intersection through to the Angle Vale Road intersection
  • Along Angle Vale Road, from the Andrews Road intersection through to the Stebonheath Road intersection.


What to expect

  • Changed traffic arrangements will be in place along Andrews Road and Angle Vale Road untilmid-2026
  • Work may take place during the day, at night or on weekends to help maintain schedule and minimise disruption
  • You may notice some noise, vibration and dust during construction
  • We’ll continue working closely with the community to minimise impacts wherever possible

Please note: Timeline dates are subject to change based on program requirements and weather conditions.

What happens to roads and footpaths after our works?

We work closely with the local council and follow all required reinstatement obligations, reinstating the parts of the road, footpath or the environment directly impacted by our works.

    Where: Angle Vale Road / Stebonheath Road / Athol Road / Pearson Road intersection

    Hours of work: 7:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday

    Key details:

    • Angle Vale Road traffic changes including reduced speed restrictions in place
    • Stebonheath Road 24/7 closure between Angle Vale Road and Clarence Road
      • no access to/from Angle Vale Road via Stebonheath Road
    • local access for Stebonheath Road residents will be maintained from the south only using detours.

    We appreciate your patience as we complete this important work.
