From March 2025, construction works will commence to install approximately 4.4 kilometres of new water mains along Craigmore Road and Curtis Road to secure reliable services to existing customers as well as new and future customers in Angle Vale.

Works will occur from the intersection of Bentley Road and Craigmore Road through to near Leicester Grove.

The wastewater main will also be installed on Curtis Road between Andrews Road and President Avenue.

We are currently undertaking investigation works to help finalise our design and program schedule. We will update the community on our work dates as we progress.

What to expect

We acknowledge that some people may be affected by these works. Those impacted will be notified in advance. We will also work closely with potentially impacted property owners, residents, businesses and road users before and during our works.

We’re exploring all options to quickly complete this important work while minimising traffic interruptions, road closures and detours. These include scheduling day, night and weekend works, as needed, as well as refining the pipe alignment to get off the road, where possible.
