Kingsford: Kemp Road
Upgrading our water network in Kingsford
To support reliable water services for existing and future customers in Roseworthy, we’re installing approximately 1,100 metres of new water mains between the Bruce Eastick North Para Flood Control Dam to the Sturt Highway.
Where we’re working
The new water main will be installed next to an existing main from the north side of the Bruce Eastick North Para Flood Control Dam, across Kemp Road and through private land to the Sturt Highway.
What to expect
You may notice truck and general vehicle movements, the use of cranes and excavators on Kemp Road and private land. On occasions we may need access to our site via McDonald Road.
Speed limits on Sturt Highway may be reduced at times.
These works will create some noise, vibration and dust during construction.
We’ll continue working closely with the community to minimise impacts wherever possible.
