Sandy Creek tanks construction works update
Earthworks at the Sandy Creek water tank site are now complete, with slab and tank construction scheduled to begin later this month.
Temporary change in work hours
What Two major concrete pours will take place at our Kalperri Road tank site requiring early morning starts and late finishes.
When Tuesday, 25 November 2025, 3.00 am to 11.00 pm
Tuesday, 16 December 2025, 3.00 am to 11.00 pm
To minimise disruptions to local farming activities, such as harvest, we encourage road users to plan ahead and, where possible, use an alternative road or move machinery outside of these days.
What to expect
- There will be many concrete trucks travelling along Kalperri Road during these works.
- Trucks will use our site as a waiting bay where possible, to minimise road disruption.
- Property access along Kalperri Road will be maintained.
- Expect some delays and reduced speed limits.
- Some noise and dust are expected; dust suppression measures will be in place.

Dates for these works are subject to weather conditions and other unforeseen conditions. We’ll confirm any changes a few days before works begin.
Additional Saturday works
Crews may undertake additional works on Saturdays for the remainder of this project. Working hours will be between 7.00 am and 5.00 pm.
