Night works – Curtis Road, between Featherstone Street and Andrews Road
Essential wastewater and water upgrades on Curtis Road are progressing well and remain on schedule for completion by early 2026.
Day works are continuing on Andrews Road near Curtis Road.
Night works for water pipe installation is continuing on Curtis Road between Featherstone Street and Andrews Road .
When: July until early 2026
Where: Curtis Road, between Featherstone Street and Andrews Road.
Hours of work: 7:00 pm – 6:00 am, Sunday to Friday
Key details:
- to reduce the overall construction time, work will occur in multiple locations along Curtis Road
- sections of Curtis Road will be closed to traffic at night from Sunday to Friday
- changed traffic conditions will apply during night works
- outside of night works, the road will remain open with speed restrictions
- intermittent day works on the verge will restrict pedestrian access
- detours will be in place – please follow signage on site
- local and business access will be maintained at all times
- some noise, vibration and dust is expected during these works
- traffic arrangements may change depending on site conditions.
