Works commencing near Warner Court, Sandy Creek
We’re upgrading essential water infrastructure near Warner Court. Ahead of new pipes being installed to our new tanks site off Kalperri Road, we will be undertaking preparation work to connect to existing infrastructure.
When: Friday 22 August 2025 to late September 2025
Hours of work: 7.00 am - 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday (with some Saturday works if required)
Key details:
- There will be crews on-site using equipment such as a crane, rollers, excavators and trucks, along with some tree removal and surveying activities.
- Access to our site will be via our easement in the neighbouring paddock and Warner Court.
- Please avoid on-street parking at the western end of Warner Court during work times.
- Some noise is expected while works are underway.
- If your water supply is temporarily impacted, we’ll notify you in advance.
- Further works are planned for late September and we’ll provide an update before they begin.
Work area: Works will be undertaken in our easement as shown in the map below.
