Preparing to turn on tanks - various works
Between June through to October, we will be preparing to bring new tanks and supporting infrastructure at the Sandy Creek site online and connect to the existing network.
What to expect
- water being released into the Sandy Creek natural creek bed, entering via council swales off Kalperri Road and flowing through nearby properties
- temporary fencing and equipment set up at various points around the site
- some works will occur 24/7, including overnight
- planned network outages with advance notice provided to impacted customers.
Discharging schedule is subject to change dependent on the weather. Large rain events may delay or decrease the volume rate of discharge.
