Consultation has concluded
We are seeking your input to ensure our performance reporting is useful and easy to understand.
As part of our ongoing reporting, we provide updates on a range of performance areas to our customers, owner (the Government of South Australia), our regulators (including the Essential Services Commission of South Australia) and other stakeholders.
You can provide feedback on how this information is presented through the surveys below.
Please provide your thoughts on these three reports, completing the surveys separately for each report:
A quarterly update - reporting every three months on topics such as safety, water quality, service interruptions, responsiveness, customer service and support.
An annual update – covering a wide range of information including financial and environmental performance, our water sources, supporting healthy communities, and our people. This update also includes a yearly summary of the quarterly performance measures.
Our 30-year asset plan - outlining future investments in our water and wastewater infrastructure to ensure we continue to deliver high quality reliable services.
Please note: these documents are draft and for public consultation only. All performance data, financial figures, and graphs are not actual, and are to illustrate layout only.
After you have finished a survey, you will be brought back to this page to complete the next one.
