Consultation has concluded

Following our most extensive customer research and engagement program to-date, Our Plan 2020-24 was submitted to the Essential Services Commission of South Australia in November 2019.

You can read Our Plan here (see document library on the right) , and visit our website to find the plan and its supporting documents.

Customer research and engagement for Our Plan ran from July 2017 to May 2019:

Through rigorous planning and evaluation processes we have balanced the regulated responsibilities we must meet to ensure public health, environmental, economic, technical and safety outcomes, while stretching beyond these to deliver the sustainable service and operating improvements our customers have identified as important to them.

We propose to invest in capital infrastructure, IT infrastructure and operating expenditure to meet basic regulated responsibilities, drive efficiencies in the way we do things, and maintain, improve and expand our assets so our customers can continue to rely on the services we provide.

Between November 2019 and February 2020, ESCOSA reviews the plan and conducts public consultation on what we are proposing to deliver. See ESCOSA’s website for more details.

ESCOSA will release a draft determination in February 2020 ahead of its final determination in May 2020. Delivery of Our Plan will begin in July 2020.
