Our Customer Advisory Groups

Our Customer Advisory Groups were established in 2012 to increase interaction with representative customer groups. The groups enable us to:

  • obtain customers' views about our services, initiatives and policies
  • seek guidance on appropriate ways to communicate with customers
  • ensure we understand and can test assumptions and expectations
  • deliver information back to the community.

The Customer Advisory Groups are consultation and advisory bodies, charged with ensuring business and residential customer opinions are represented in our decision making process. These groups provide us with important customer feedback.
