Temporary Pause to Works on the Brooks Road Wastewater Main

Wet weather and high groundwater levels have forced a temporary pause to work on the Brooks Road wastewater trunk main project.

When: Friday, 4 September 2026 until further notice

Where: Brooks Road, Buckland Park

What this means:

  • current work zones will be reinstated
  • road closures and detours will be removed
  • works will resume when site conditions improve.

We'll issue an update as soon as works are expected to resume in late 2026.
