Huntfield Heights: Brodie Road

Upgrading our water network in Huntfield Heights and Onkaparinga Heights

To support reliable water services for existing customers and meet the needs of growing communities in Onkaparinga Heights, we’re upgrading the local water network.

As part of this upgrade, we’ll be installing approximately 1.3 kilometres of new water main along Brodie Road, Huntfield Heights.

When and where we’re working

Works are scheduled to begin in September 2025, starting at the intersection of Troutbeck Crescent and Brodie Road and progressing south towards South Road.

What to expect

• Changed traffic arrangements will be in place across the area until December 2025
• Work may take place during the day, at night or on weekends to help maintain schedule and minimise disruption
• You may notice some noise, vibration and dust during construction
• We’ll continue working closely with the community to minimise impacts wherever possible
• If you're directly affected, we’ll provide advance notice and work closely with residents, businesses, and road users before and during construction.

What happens to roads and footpaths after our works?

We work closely with the local council and follow all required reinstatement obligations, reinstating the parts of the road, footpath or the environment directly impacted by our works.
