Register your interest to be part of the newly established Customer Challenge Group, providing input into long-term planning of water services for our state.
We are seeking people who are:
passionate about planning for South Australia's future in relation to water services for our community, the environment and economy
willing to engage with others and learn about water services
able to commit to a two-hour meeting per fortnight from January 2022
available for meetings on either weeknights or weekends.
About the group
The group is part of our customer engagement program that plays a role to inform our long-term business and investment plans, including our regulatory proposal for 2024-28.
Every four years we submit a proposal to the Essential Services Commission of South Australia to ensure we efficiently deliver the services our customers value and expect.
The Terms of Reference outline the roles and responsibilities of the Customer Challenge Group.
Group members
Members of the group will learn about our infrastructure, operations, and key stakeholders, and will represent our customers during significant considerations as we develop our business and investment plans.
Individuals will be paid for their time and reimbursed for reasonable out-of-pocket expenses such as car parking and travel costs, where members reside outside metropolitan Adelaide.
