Consultation has concluded

Would you invest in this? Survey is now closed.

All data and feedback is now being used to help shape Our Plan 2020-24 which is due to be submitted to ESCOSA (Essential Services Commission of South Australia) in October 2019. We will provide results from Phase Four soon now the negotiation process with ESCOSA's Negotiation Committee has concluded.

Every four years, we need to submit a business plan to our regulator, ESCOSA, who then determines the total revenue we can raise from our customers in order to deliver water and sewerage services.

Our Plan 2020-24 will outline how we’ll operate and deliver services for our customers in this four-year period. It is due to ESCOSA later this year.

During Phase Four we tested five initiatives that our customers have told us they value based on previous conversations with the community, including the 2018 What Matters to You survey. The Would you invest in this survey was used to check you’re willing to pay for them if we invest in them from 2020.

The survey, which has now concluded with over 6000 customers taking part, was an important opportunity, because if enough customers support the initiatives proposed, then we will include them in Our Plan 2020-24.
