On 1 February 2022, the City of Tea Tree Gully Council endorsed our transition plan enabling us to transition the first 500 properties to a modern sewer system.

Works have begun to connect around 160 properties in Modbury North and St Agnes as part of stage one of the program.

Half of these properties will be serviced by pressure sewer where the topography of the area they live makes it the best solution. Our dedicated project team will meet with every individual resident at their properties to discuss pipeline routes and local works.

Our aim is to complete the first 160 properties by the third quarter of 2022.
